If your bag gets wet, blot the water away immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the leather in water or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers to dry it. Allow the bag to dry naturally.

Always store your bag in a dust bag when not in use. This allows air circulation and prevents mildew. Ensure the dust bag is soft and does not scratch the leather.

RETURNS PROCESS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we receive them back within 28-days, or 14 days if purchased within the sale please email info@ellyla.com to notify us of this. 

For UK orders: You will be sent a returns label once your return request has been authorised. Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded. Sale items have a 14-day returns window. Once we receive your item back and it has been checked you will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, or you can request store credit with us if you prefer.

Orders from outside the UK: You will be requested to return the item through your local post office using the International standard service. We will refund you the cost of this postage and the return once the goods have been received. Unfortunately we are unable to generate returns labels from the UK. 

Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully putting it back into the bag provided.
