At Ellyla, we believe in thoughtful consumption and responsible fashion. Each piece is handmade in limited quantities, designed to be loved and last.

We’re committed to sustainability and invite our customers to shop mindfully. To help reduce the environmental impact of returns, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@ellyla.com if you have any questions before placing an order.

We want you to love your Ellyla purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. How to Start a Return:

Please email info@ellyla.com before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

United Kingdom  Returns

• Once approved, we’ll email you a returns label.

• Items must be unused, unsoiled, and returned within 14 days.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

• There is a flat return fee of £3.50 per order, which will be deducted from your refund.
  

           International Returns

• If you're returning from outside the UK, you’ll need to cover return shipping costs.

• Please return items clean, neatly packed, and ideally in their original packaging.

Refunds will be refused on any items suspected of being damaged deliberately.
