Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ellyla purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@ellyla.com before sending anything back so we can guide you through the returns process.

UK Returns

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a returns label.

Items must be unused, unsoiled, and returned in a resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

A flat return fee of £3.50 per order will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: original delivery charges paid when placing your order are non-refundable.

International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the UK are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Please return items clean, neatly packed, and ideally in their original packaging.

Refunds may be refused if an item is returned damaged, used, soiled, or not in a resalable condition.
