Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot refund shipping costs for parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is refused by the recipient and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery cost from any refund.

European Orders
We deliver all European orders duty paid. Any applicable taxes and duties are collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, so there should be no additional charges upon delivery.
United States Orders
We deliver all United States orders duty paid. Any applicable taxes and duties are collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, so there should be no additional charges upon delivery.
Switzerland
Swiss residents can import goods from the UK valued at up to CHF 150 without incurring Swiss VAT.

Orders valued at CHF 150 or less are exempt from Swiss VAT.

Orders valued at over CHF 150 are subject to Swiss VAT at the current rate of 8.1% on the full value of the shipment.

The exemption applies to purchases for personal use and gifts.

A formal customs declaration may be required for goods valued over CHF 300.
Example:
If you order goods worth CHF 175, Swiss VAT will be charged on the full CHF 175 value.
