DELIVERY TIMES/ OPTIONS

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK): Delivery within 2–5 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK)- Delivery next working day. Orders must be placed by midday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery By 1pm- Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Tracked (Europe): Delivery within 3–5 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked (International): Delivery within 3–7 working days.

📌 Please note: Orders from the UAE require a full P.O. Box address and a mobile phone number for successful delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot refund postage costs if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an order is returned because it was refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery cost from any refund.

European Orders:
Orders shipped to European countries are delivered duty unpaid.

United States: We collect tax and duty and deliver duty paid.

Swiss residents: can import goods from the UK valued up to CHF 150 without incurring Swiss VAT (Value Added Tax). If the value of the goods exceeds this amount, Swiss VAT is charged on the entire value of the shipment. This applies to private purchases imported into Switzerland.

Tax-Free Limit: Imports valued at CHF 150 or less are exempt from Swiss VAT.

VAT Rate: For shipments over CHF 150, Swiss VAT is applied at a rate of 8.1% on the total value.

Personal Use: The exemption applies to items for personal use or sent as gifts.

Example: If a customer orders goods worth CHF 175, VAT will be charged on the full CHF 175.

Customs Declaration: A formal customs declaration is required for goods valued over CHF 300.

Please note: If your purchase includes multiple items and at least one is a pre-order, your entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item is in stock.

If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those products.
