Your bag is packaged using 100% recyclable materials. We dispatch goods via DPD or Royal Mail tracked delivery which takes 2-3 working days for the UK, and up to 10-20 days to all EU countries.

We offer Free UK delivery

European Delivery for a standard parcel is £9.95

If you live outside the EU, please just drop us an email with your choice of bag and location and we will calculate the standard cost for tracked delivery. Email - info@ellyla.com.

You have 14 days to return the item to us if you change your mind, and 28 days if your bag becomes faulty. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
